How to use the TheraFace
Therabody designs the mask for once-daily use and does not recommend more than one session a day. The 9-minute preset runs three minutes each of red, red + infrared, and blue. The LED button skips a mode or ends the session early, and vibration can be switched off. Use it on clean, dry skin with no products applied.

Is the TheraFace right for you?
It may suit you if:
- You want red, near-infrared, and blue light in one preset.
- You want the most published output data of the five, and eye shields in the box.
Look elsewhere if:
- You prefer a flexible mask: TheraFace has a rigid shell.
- You want the shortest routine: FaceWare Pro runs 3 minutes.
